Schedule of Condition
A Schedule of Condition is the record of a property’s condition. They are documents typically comprised of a combination of descriptive text and photographs. They should be prepared in any circumstance when the record of a property’s condition is required. This is typically at the commencement of a lease or as part of an award when the Party Wall Act is applicable to works being undertaken.
